Grapefruit Slush
3 oz. Monin Ruby Red Grapefruit
3 oz. Lemonade
2 Cups Ice
Combine ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Frozen Sea Breeze
1 ½ oz. Monin Ruby Red Grapefruit
1 ½ oz. Monin Cranberry
1 ½ oz. Premium Vodka
2 oz. Water
2 Cups Ice
Combine ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Rim glass with flavored sugar and garnish with a pink grapefruit spear.
Ruby Red Soda
1 ½ oz. Monin Ruby Red Grapefruit
8 oz. Club Soda
Ice
Combine ingredients into glass and stir well. Garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge.
Hemingway Special
¾ oz. Monin Ruby Red Grapefruit
2 oz. Premium Rum
¼ oz. Grenadine
½ oz. Lime, freshly squeezed juice
Ice
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add ingredients and shake for 15 seconds. Garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge and an umbrella.
Ruby Red Margarita
¾ oz. Monin Ruby Red Grapefruit
¾ oz. Monin Pomegranate
1 ½ oz. Reposado Tequila
3 oz. Sweet and Sour
¼ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Ice
Fill shaker with ice. Add remaining ingredients and shake for 15 seconds. Pour into a salt rimmed margarita glass and garnish with lime wheel and slice of grapefruit.
Sparkling Grapefruit
1 oz. Monin Ruby Red Grapefruit
7 oz. Sparkling Water or Club Soda
Splash of Lemon-Lime Soda
Ice
Fill glass with ice. Add sparkling water or club soda. Stir in Monin Ruby Red Grapefruit. Splash with Lemon-Lime soda. Serve with fresh garnish and straw.
Orchard Cherry Ruby Cocktail
½ oz. Monin Ruby Red Grapefruit
½ oz. Monin Cherry
1 ¼ oz. Citrus Flavored Rum
2 oz. Lemonade
Ice
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add rum, syrups and lemonade, shake well. Pour into glass filled with ice and garnish.
